Is istighathah permissible?

Question:

Is it permissible to say, for example, "Ya Abd Al Qadir Shayan Lillah"?

The issue is not an essential aspect of the Deen nor is it necessary thus I prefer, out of the interest of not contributing to it becoming common amongst the general people, to not elaborate on it and just say it is not allowed to call on the dead. The proofs for it not being an imortant aspect of the Deen have been detailed in my other answers on the site.
