Working for teenage disability care home

Question:

please can you advise me on wether we are allowed to work for teenage disability care homes. were you will have to restrain children and adults of diffrent sexs at times for their own safety? the situation requires you to never be alone with any individual but will always have another member of staff present. job mainly requires you to work with mentaly disabled children and adults.

The job in question is in itself lawful to do. One should also have the correct intention whilst doing this job, that is you are helping others for the sake of Allah Taala. One should also observe the Islamic norms such as not speaking with females without need, preserving one's gaze etc. Provided you are not put into situations that makes you violate these and other laws of the Shariah the job is lawful.
