Are women allowed to remove Hijaab in front of non-muslim women?

Question:

Are women allowed to uncover (remove hijaab) in front of non-muslim women?

Non-Muslim women are considered by the Shariah like Ghayr Mahrams. Thus a muslim woman should maintain her Hijab in front of them. However, it will be allowed to show one's face, hands and feet.
