what is the islam ruling for a muslim woman who has done haqdu-nikhai and is still living with her parents.

Answer:

Once a woman gets married it is obligatory for her to obey her husband. The sunnah is for the woman to move into the house of her husband. It is also the right of the woman to be given a separate accomodation the husband must arrange for and bear the expenses of. However it is permissible for her to stay with her parents so long as the husband does not wish otherwise.
