Mistakes in recitation when leading Salah

Question:

When I lead the prayer as imam, I often get waswas that i am pronoucing the ayahs wrong. And recently I led the prayer in the mosque as an imam, and I tried to avoid these waswasa, but then on "ghayril magdubi alayhim", I got waswasa and I'm pretty sure that I pronouced "alayhim" with a strong H, but I didn't repronounce the ayah correctly nor did I do sajdatu Sahw in the end, what should I do?

If it is a waswasa then you should ignore it. Only act in relation to a thing when you have certainty or near certainty. The error you mention is of a nature that though individually one's Salah would be accepted as a person will find it difficult to pronounce this letter correctly, however in congregation the Salah would need to be repeated. The reason for this is that by missing out a letter of Sura al-Fatiha, which is Wajib, it is equal to not reciting it at all, as it Fatiha without just one letter cannot be called Sura al-Fatiha. You should continue to improve your Qur'anic recitation and until it does not reach an acceptable level, refrain from leading others in Salah.
