Can he make qiyas of holocaust denial or kennedy's assassination to mutawwatir of Quran, Aqidah matters and Fiqh matters. Or is this wrong Qiyas?

I would like to know about science of Rijjal and if same usool applies to non islamic matters like Shaykh Hamza has done.

Answer:

I would agree that Muslims should refrain from going to pains to deny a thing that is so thoroughly documented and whose witnesses are not just jews but non-jews. It is true that Tawatur (or mass reported events) cannot be denied as they do give benefit of certainty. It is also true that it would be in conflict with the accepted principles of the Sciences of our Deen, as explained in classical texts like Ibn Hajr’s own commentary on his Nukhbat al-Fikr, 55-59. Furthermore if one were to survey the works of Muslim historians we see that they all acted upon this principle when taking and transmitting reports of historic events before Islam. Thus it is certainly not the way of sensible people to deny such facts, though as the article makes clear there is room to investigate and have hesitation regarding the numbers often reported.
