This blood beyond the normal cycle is termed as Istihada and you must pray your prayers. If the blood is incessant then the ruling of Mazoor (Excused) will apply to you, in which case you may perform a fresh Wudu for each Salah. Also note it is not permitted to use this kind of anti-pregnancy pill, as it can destroy the fertilised egg after conception.
