Question

I was looking to purchase a Qur'an over the internet. Assuming it is packaged in a padded envelope, it would more than likely be tossed around in a delivery van / sorting office? Should we avoid purchasing Qur'ans in this manner, whether they are in Arabic in full or English translations?

Answer

It is permitted to send and recieve the Holy Qur'an via the post provided it is properly packaged. It will also be advisable to print on the parcel that it is to be handled with care.
