Mufti Liaquat Zaman

Mufti Liaquat has demonstrated a depth in Islamic Knowledge beyond his young age, which is an inspiration to all his Students. Born in the UK, Mufti Liaquat studied at al-Jamia al-Islamiyya in Karachi, Pakistan for 9 years.

Under the tutorship of Mufti Saqib (himself, a student of Mufti Taqi Usmani) Mufti Liaquat graduated with ijazas in all the fundamental Islamic Sciences including Usul-al-Fiqh, Usul-al-Hadeeth and Tafsir.

Learning Arabic directly from the teachers of Al-Azhar, Madina University and Umm-al-Qura in Makkah, he is well known in his wide reading and mastery of the Arabic language.

Mufti Liaquat is currently teaching Arabic to the Part Time Alim students at As-Suffa Institute. He is also engaged in conducting in depth research into the Evolution of Fiqh which is testimony to his scholarly credentials.

At the same we also consider the importance of improving your daughter’s Islamic education alongside her physical activities, therefore we will be integrating detailed yet concise Arabic sessions into this programme.
