Question

While at work, I would like to recite Quran during my spare time by looking at its text online. However, I am not able to maintain the state of wudu at all times. Would it be OK if I simply recite the Quran by looking at it on the internet without touching it?

It is only unlawful to touch the Holy Qur'an in book form without Wudu.
