The event organiser is responsible for arranging transportation of the As-Suffa Institute speakers to and from the event location

The event organiser must inform As-Suffa Institute speakers of any changes to the date, time, location and speakers list as soon as possible

If sisters are present at the event, the event organiser is responsible for ensuring that appropriate seating arrangements that adhere to the Islamic code of conduct are observed

As-Suffa Institute speakers reserve the right cancel his talk on the day without prior notice, if proper seating arrangements for sisters are not made available

As-Suffa Institute speakers reserve the right to cancel attendance due to personal circumstances. Notice of cancellation will be given in advance

As-Suffa Institute reserves the right to advertise it's services at the event

As-Suffa Institute reserves the right to add or remove the As-Suffa Institute logo on the event advertisement and/or organisation website

As-Suffa Institute speakers reserve the right to change the subject of the talk
