Provide a hot meal or food pack for an entire month to Syrian refugees in Lebanon and those in need in Pakistan, Yemen, Bangladesh, Zambia and other countries.

Many impoverished nations go without electricity, gas and fuel for prolonged amounts of time. This means that hundreds and thousands are without cooked food for long periods. Even with that in consideration, the food that they do have to eat is very little and often not enough for the whole day.

Can you imagine living as an orphan alone, without a guardian to provide help and comfort? Can you imagine living life as a parent, without your partner’s support and protection? Just imagine a life without daily comforts, a life where we take everything for granted, with no idea where or if we will even eat that day.

A food pack often consists of the following items:

Flour, rice, oil, sugar, salt, chickpeas, lentils, vermicelli, wheat, tomato paste, spaghetti, white beans, fava beans, bread, chicken, meat, spices, aubergine, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, parsley, mint, fruits.

A cooked meal will often contain:

Salad, yoghurt, juice, pastries, chicken with rice, sweets, fruits, bread and dates.
