Wellbeing Practice - As-Suffa

Wellbeing Practice

Who is Wellbeing Practice for?

Our wellbeing practice has been catered to assist those that are suffering from depression and anxiety or are grieving from the loss of a loved one.

With mental health often considered a taboo subject, it’s important for sufferers who feel they have no one to turn to, the offering of a shoulder to lean on, and a sense of not feeling all alone. We provide a comfortable, non-judgmental, and confidential space for those seeking an appointment with one of our registered therapists.

Your wellbeing is important to us and most importantly you. Book a FREE 15-minute Consultation below.

Due to current government guidelines, our service is only operating over the telephone and online via Zoom. Please be advised that this service is NOT for couples. It is for individuals experiencing mild to moderate psychological issues e.g., anxiety, depression, or grief. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress or have recently had a psychotic episode, then please arrange an appointment with your GP.

Lost for words. For those who are really passionate about studying the deen of Allah. There is no place like As-Suffa. Very hard to explain but one has to experience being around those ulama from as-suffa to understand where i am coming from. May Allah increase their knowledge and give them jannat firdaus for the great work of deen that they are doing.
