Winter Miles Challenge

Challenge yourself this winter | Cycle 300 miles over any winter month (December, January or February) and help raise vital funds to help the ummah survive this winter

Winters can be harsh in most countries around the world. Now with climate change, countries where winters were not as bad, now have some of their coldest, wettest winters ever recorded.

Every winter, there are tens of thousands more deaths than any other time of the year.

With a lack of clothing, medication, no fire fuel or heaters and even without shelter or accommodation, many families, children and those in need will struggle to survive this winter.

A lack of clothing and heating will cause an increase in illnesses during the winter, especially amongst children. Many will fall seriously ill while sadly some may not survive.

Alhamdulillah, even in the coldest of winters, many of us will never really feel the cold with our winter clothes, our warm heated houses and workplaces.

“Whoever relieves the hardship of a believer in this world, Allah will relieve his hardship on the Day of Resurrection”
