We can only offer refunds within 10 days of receiving your payment for the course you registered, provided that you have proof of receipt, the course has not started, and that you requested the refund 7 days before the course start date.
No refund will be issued if you request the refund after the 10 days following your payment or within the 7 days left before the course start date.
No refunds will be issued if requested on the course start date or after the course start date even though you have not attended the course. Refunds will not be issued for non attendance.
We do not issue half refunds if you have missed half or any portion of the course duration. Courses that cannot be continued or are cancelled without rescheduling will be refunded in full.

No refunds can be offered after the 7 days or after the cut-off date. The cut-off date is mentioned in the registration confirmation email.

To request a refund please complete the contact-us form and select “Refund” from the drop-down . You must provide your Registration Code / Receipt Reference number.
We will process your eligible refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 working days of the day on which you requested your refund.
While we make every effort to run courses/retreats as advertised, we reserve the right to change course/retreat content, assessment, dates, timings and teacher/instructor. We also reserve the right to suspend any student who disrupts a course/retreat by his or her unacceptable behaviour without a full refund.
